I, as a representative of the aboved named Participant, hereby certify that the above classification is correct and agree to the stated guidelines for the event. The Friendswood High School Band nor the Friendswood Independent School District will be responsible for lost or stolen items.
It is understood by Participant that Participant will take full responsibility for any damages and/or vandalism and/or misconduct at the contest site by the Participant's members, staff, and/or volunteers. It shall be the responsibility of the Participant and not The Friendswood High School Band nor the Friendswood High School Mustang Booster Club, nor the Friendswood Independent School District for all such damage or misconduct.
Participant also understands that any applicable copyright laws for the performance and/or arranging of music for the Participant's performance is the sole responsibility of the Participant.
The entry fee is $500 Entry Fee must be received for the spot to be confirmed. Entry fees are non-refundable.
Entry is payable to the Mustang Band Booster Club. We accept School or Booster Club checks and School PO's. Send to Mustang Band Booster Club, PO Box 805, Friendswood, Texas 77549. Online Payment is also accepted via Paypal. Online payments will be charged a $10 convenience fee.
The entry deadline is August 31, 2022, or once our contest is full.
The performance order will be based on timestamp entry fee is received. Participants not able to stay for finals will be scheduled in the first group.
